Kentucky men’s soccer wins C-USA Championship

They’ve done it! With a 1-0 victory over No. 14 Charlotte this afternoon, the No. 3 Kentucky men’s soccer team has clinched the C-USA Championship.

JJ Williams scored the lone goal of the game 46:27 into the game, assisted by Kalil Elmedkhar. It was Williams’ 16th goal of the season.

    Why are we in the Conference USA Soccer? Shouldn’t we be in the SEC?

      See wildcat love’s comment below. Only two traditional SEC schools field s men’s soccer team, us and South Carolina.

    Only women have SEC soccer teams,due to title 9 rules state there must be an equal number of women student athletes and since SEC football teams have over 100 players, SEC schools would have to add more women’s sports before adding men’s teams
