Keion Brooks sets decision date

Fort Wayne, Indiana native and 5-star prospect Keion Brooks just announced on Twitter that he will be announcing his college choice in less than two weeks at St. Paul’s Lutheran School at 8pm.

Brooks is rated as the 23rd overall prospect by 247Sports Composite rankings. Listed at 6’7″ and 195 pounds, the forward for La Lumiere School has a final six school listing that he’s considering, but most think it is down to Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan State.

Brooks is one of the top players left on the board for the Kentucky staff and it appeared they had the momentum in recent weeks, gaining significant predictions on the 247Sports Crystal Ball. As of now, Kentucky leads at 46%, with Indiana’s 31% and Michigan State’s 14% next on the list. Let’s hope we’ll be seeing him in Lexington next season.

I like our chances being that he’s waited until after HS ball is over.

Like our chances, particularly if Duke doesn’t want him.
