About the Now Let’s Get Fit Foundation
The Now Let’s Get Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was created out of the necessity to educate people on the effects of obesity and living an unhealthy lifestyle. Obesity is the #1 cause for many health related issues and a major contributor to the high costs of health care. Our foundation was designed to inform communities of the major health risks and high costs of living associated with obesity. Our goal is to create fun, inspiring and interactive experiences with the top health care specialists in the industry through our organized fitness events, while providing educational tools for the entire family.
I can’t say enough good things about Jared as a friend, colleague, quarterback and ambassador of the University of Kentucky, so it goes without saying that the entire KSR team is in his corner as he tries to get back into shape. It’s very cool he has created several public events such as this one to encourage others to join him in doing the same, and we hope those who can will participate with him, whether it be for their own personal goals or to help Jared along with his.
