Georgia Running Back is Kentucky’s Fourth Commit in Four Days

Kentucky’s hot football recruiting streak isn’t ending anytime soon.

Valdosta, Georgia running back Travis Tisdale announced on Twitter that he has committed to Kentucky over USC, Penn State, LSU, TCU, Minnesota and Nebraska among others.  The three-star running back is UK’s fourth commit in four days.  Recruited by Matt House, he is the fifth player from the state of Georgia to join Kentucky’s 2019 recruiting class.

The 12th member of the Cats’ 2019 recruiting class is an ESPN Top 300 prospect, ranked the 16th-best running back and No. 256 player overall by the four-letter network.  He rushed for more than 1,000 yards as a sophomore and has posted a 10.83 100m dash.  Watch Tisdale fly:

Remember that 3 star we took away from U of L just yesterday???? I do.

4 commits in 4 days. With all these commitments from top notch players, we must have a top 20 or, at worst a top 30 ranked class, right now.

And with a name like My Dixie Wrecked you must have a gaping hole the size of the moon.

    2. deputy305

He commits until Ga., Florida or some other big name school comes calling

    3. mm40

So, USC, Penn State and LSU aren’t big time schools?

    4. My Dixie Wrecked

Well at least tell me we’re in the top 2/3 of the SEC in recruiting, with all these commitments.

MyDixwrecked just has no reasoning skills. Nothing to see there. Ssdd

Do we even recruit 4 star kids anymore, or just stick to the low end recruits? Guess they think these 3 stars have less chance to decommit since they are not that good to begin with. Unless they blow up their senior year and go elsewhere like most do.

    1. Cattington

We just stick to low-end recruits that no one wants. We beg and plead bad high school football players to come to UK just to give fans something to bitch about during the off-season.

Let’s blow up recruiting by getting kids to attach their name to Uk. They like the coach n do a favor by getting a recruiting buzz going by committing. Then once they are decommitted maybe everyone just remembers the Yahtzee. Seems like it’s becoming a attic to boost the name. Great if it works. But we wonder why we only go so far with all these commits n forget the decommitted happened. Let’s get who wants to be here the 1st time.

The kid is a huge South Carolina fan, like his Dad. If they offer, I think he will flip. Until I see him run onto Kroger Field in Blue and White, im not going to get too excited.

  10. AirForceOne

……and Muschamp will offer him just to spite Kentucky.

Wonder if he meant tactic, not attic^^^?

      It’s hard to tell

    He looks like Boom 2.0

He looks like he has SEC speed, so we could sure use him. Stoops and Co. need to make sure he signs on NSD

    Marshmellows everywhere….

“I can’t be excited until they run on the field…” I’m too sensitive to cheer when my team scores when it’s still possible the other team might score again. How did Y all make it through any team sports?
