Four-Star Kentucky Football Target Decommits from Tennessee

Good news Tennessee fans, you found a football coach.  Bad news Tennessee fans, you just lost a four-star safety.

Minutes after ESPN reported that Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt will be Tennessee’s next head coach, four-star Volunteer commit Trey Dean reopened his recruitment.  He shared this message on Twitter.

The decision also comes the day after Mark Stoops and Matt House were in Hampton, Georgia to see Dean for an in-home visit.

Considered a Top 25 safety and a Top 250 player in the 2018 class, Dean will take an official visit to Kentucky December 15.  Alabama is considered the favorite after he took an official visit to Tuscaloosa last weekend.  He will be in Gainesville this weekend for an official visit to Florida.

Watch Dean do work:

A bit of click bait here IMO. You made it seem from the pic/headline this guy was leaning UK. Then at the bottom let us know Bama and others lead. I prefer (and I imagine many others do to) that you all avoid that. We don’t need it here on this site.

Does the word Decommit even make sense?
