Last Saturday, Dontaie Allen suffered a knee injury in the first half of Pendleton County’s game vs. Cooper; according to his coach Keaton Belcher, the future Kentucky Wildcat is going to have to sit out this weekend’s Ashland Invitational Tournament.
Belcher told Larry Vaught and other reporters that Allen is still limping badly and is scheduled to undergo an MRI at UK tonight.

Allen is averaging 42.9 points and 14.2 rebounds per game this season and has 3,255 points in his high school career, the most in Pendleton County High School history. The Wildcats travel to Sayre in Lexington on January 4.
