Mark Stoops, Vince Marrow and the Kentucky football team could be rolling the dice with two elite talents very soon.
Today Kentucky is hosting former four-star All-American cornerback Eric Glover-Williams, according to Bill Greene.
Glover-Williams was the No. 4 cornerback in the 2015 recruiting class when the Canton-native committed to Ohio State. Â After playing sparingly for two years with the Buckeyes, Glover-Williams transferred to Miss. Gulf Community College two games into the 2017 season.
Since he left Ohio State, Kentucky has been actively recruiting the elite athlete. Â Eligible to join the program in January, do not be surprised to see a commitment from Glover-Williams before he leaves Lexington.
Glover-Williams’ high school highlights show incredible athleticism.
There’s one more name Kentucky fans will be happy to see back on the recruiting board: Shocky Jacques-Louis.
The three-star Florida wide receiver was committed to Kentucky for three months in the spring. Â He re-opened his recruitment, flipped to Tennessee, then removed his Tennessee pledge after Butch Jones was fired.
Jacques-Louis has picked up offers from Oregon and Ohio State his latest decommittment, but KSR is hearing the Cats are currently in the driver’s seat. Â There’s no indication when he will pull the trigger and make a final decision, but a win on Saturday would go a long way to get the receiver to join UK’s roster for the spring semester.
