Kash Daniel has a way with words.
The homegrown middle linebacker brought mountain swagger from Paintsville. Every once in a while he’ll drop in a saying few have heard before that strikes a chord with the Big Blue Nation. Even if it’s not some catchy quip, he’s honest in all of his interviews. Tonight Kash combined each of those qualities to describe what Josh Paschal has meant to this Kentucky football team.
“You ever look at a living a room and see a chair or piece of furniture like a carpet and say, ‘Wow, that really ties the room together?’ That’s Josh,” said Kash. “Josh ties this team together.”
Now the question must be asked: if Paschal were a piece of furniture, what would he be? The answer is obvious: a cedar chest. Big and hard to move, they usually are pretty weathered on the outside, but they cannot be defined by external imperfections. What matters most is inside.
