Benny Snell: Cover Boy

Benny Snell was born to be on the cover of magazines, and that’s exactly what’s happening ahead of the 2018 college football season.

Before the Kentucky running back begins his quest to rewrite the SEC record book, he’s featured on the cover of almost every regional college football preseason publication.  Jamie Vaught captured the following image from his local bookstand:

It’s good to be the King, and it’s good to see a Kentucky Wildcat dwarfing rivals on magazine covers.

Unlike everything else in the internet age, you can only see the outlets’ full predictions on the pages of the magazine.  They probably have plenty of nice things to say about Snell.  If not, it’d be a real shame to see more preseason rankings go up in flames.

“he’s featured on the cover of almost every regional college football preseason publication (sold in the Bluegrass area).” SEC Football magazines in Florida do not have Snell on the cover.

    “Regional” is the key word.

Of course, “Regional” in the SEC is still worth bragging rights. Unless you are a Big 10 or ACC football fan, LOL
