We’ve seen several videos of the UK Basketball team working out recently, but this one may take the cake. Check out big man Nick Richards lifting Wenyen Gabriel and more on a seated row machine this morning:
Wenyen’s listed at 213 lbs. on UK’s roster from last year. Let’s say he’s added 10 lbs. of muscle thanks to his summer workout regimen, taking him up to 223. You gym rats figure out how much weight’s on either side of that machine and get back to me with a total for how much Richards ended up rowing/lifting.
