Legendary Kentucky coach Joe B. Hall celebrated his 90th birthday on Friday, and the University of Kentucky wanted to do their part to join in on the fun.

During the Wildcats’ 78-61 victory over UNC-Greensboro yesterday afternoon, Coach Hall received a tribute video from several former Kentucky stars wishing him a very happy 90th birthday.

Take a look at the video featuring appearances from Sam Bowie, Jack “Goose” Givens, Kenny Payne, and John Calipari:

And what’s a birthday celebration without cake?

The UK cheerleaders presented Hall with a specialized Kentucky basketball cake, #JoeBBy90 inscription and all:

Good for Joe B! Guy didn’t get a lot of appreciation while coach. I am glad the fans can look back and see how much he gave the university and how much he loves everything about UK.

Following the Adolph Rupp had to be a daunting task if there ever was one. Joe B is truly one of the greatest fans of UK. I have never heard him say anything bad about the university or the fans, and our fans were pretty rough on Him at times. He took it all with class and accepted any criticism with grace. Thank you Joe B for always being a class act.
