The Twins and Dakari Talk UConn

Do you enjoy hearing from the players but hate reading long-winded transcripts written by people like me? If so, you’re in luck because the Harrison twins and Dakari Johnson (among other players) caught up with the media today to preview the Huskies and talk about the path to the title game. If you’re one of the people who enjoy reading the highlights, kindly scroll down a few posts to see the quotes.  The videos we’re recorded by our good friends from Kentucky Wildcats TV.

In coordination with our tradition of naming UK teams as they surge deep into the tournament toward a title, is it fair to name these guys “The Unbreakables”. This beloved team of Wildcats has been up against the harshest of criticism all year and the hardest, most competitive path ever to the championship game tomorrow night and as much as you try to break these guys, their will, spirit and talent endure. This team cannot be broken…Bring home #9 boys!!!!!!!!

    GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!

Great minds think alike. I’ve been saying all tournament that the team nickname is the “Unbreakables”. This team will bend but they just won’t break.

really hope our guys can do it one more time. it would be fantastic if we could put this one away with minutes, instead of seconds, left on the clock. i don’t know how much more my heart can take. win it for willie.

I don’t agree. Those people already switched from sour grapes to schadenfreude long ago. They can’t go back.
