The John Calipari Satellite Camps are back this summer


Last year, John Calipari brought back his satellite camps as a way for the team to travel the state and get to know fans, and they were such a success they’re doing another round this summer. UK just announced this season’s camp tour, which includes nine stops across the Bluegrass (within a 100-mile radius of campus, per NCAA rules) in June:

Cynthiana, Kentucky

2:30-5:30 p.m.

June 6

Elizabethtown, Kentucky
Elizabethtown High School
2:30-5:30 p.m.

June 9

Bardstown, Kentucky
Thomas Nelson High School
9 a.m. – noon

Brandenburg, Kentucky
Meade County High School
2:30-5:30 p.m.

June 10

Crestwood, Kentucky
South Oldham High School
2:30-5:30 p.m.

June 11

Corbin, Kentucky
The Corbin Arena
2:30-5:30 p.m.

June 13

Somerset, Kentucky
Pulaski County High School
2:30-5:30 p.m.

June 21

Louisville, Kentucky
Christian Academy of Louisville
2:30-5:30 p.m.

Spots are available to boys and girls ages 7 to 17 on a first-come, first-served basis, with online registration recommended as the fastest and most efficient form of registering campers.

The cost for each camp is $99 per camper and includes a camp t-shirt, three hours of instruction with Calipari and the Kentucky basketball staff and available players, competitions, autograph sessions, along with question and answer sessions with Coach Cal.
