Ryan Lemond Could Not Beat this 12-Year Old in Basketball

Ryan Lemond’s mouth wrote a check his butt can’t catch.

During yesterday’s edition of Kentucky Sports Radio in Richmond, Matt Jones’ sidekick was rather confident in his basketball skills.  Playing out a hypothetical scenario, Lemond said he could beat any 12-year old in the world in a game of one-on-one.

In true KSR fashion, it took less than 24 hours for a 12-year old basketball player to become a viral sensation.  Meet Olivier Rioux, a 6’10” 12-year old French basketball player that doesn’t need to jump to dunk on a lower rim.

Sorry, Ryan.  You aren’t beating this 12-year old.

Why would anyone catch a check? Did they drop it? I guess catching it with one’s butt would be impressive.

The rim is only 7 ft high. Can the kid hit on a official goal. I think ryan has a chance. He is a skinny kid

I felt sorry for those kids. Did the other team even score at all?

Does anyone else think he shouldn’t be staring kids down when he blocks their shot??? He is double their size. A block should be expected

My money is on Ryan, different game with a ten foot rim and a man putting a body on you.

“a man putting a body on you” could’ve maybe been worded differently, especially in the context of talking about a 12 year old boy.

[ In the context of what we was talking about ], everyone knows we are talking about a game of basketball, for anyone to think what you are trying to imply, well you’ll just really sick.
