Quade Green will not play today

Kentucky will be without Quade Green and Tai Wynyard in today’s game vs. Vanderbilt. Both players are suffering from back issues and will not be able to play.

Meanwhile, Jarred Vaanderbilt (foot) and Jemarl Baker (knee) are currently warming up with the team; however, do not read too much into their jerseys being shown on @KentuckyMBB’s Instagram story. According to UK, them being in uniform on the road has no bearing on whether or not they will play.

Stay tuned…

Well, Shai is undefeated as a starting PG. Reason for optimism?

Ksr builds me up, just to tear me back down again lol. If the refs get crazy with the whistle (again) then I see no reason that JV can’t get a few minutes of game time here and there, especially if he’s killing it in practice, I mean why not?

I’d say it’s a confidence thing. Be awful hard to not play this long after multiple injuries to come back in a bad situation and suck. But i agree, why not

Back injuries aren’t something you can just man up and play through.
