There aren’t a whole lot of positives to take away from Kentucky’s 2018 appearance at Madison Square Garden. The first time a John Calipari UK team has ever lost in The Garden, was to a team at the bottom of the Big East standings. To find a significant positive, you had to look toward the sideline.
After a morning shoot-around with the New York Knicks, former Wildcat Kevin Knox made it the The Garden to watch the second half of this afternoon’s game against Seton Hall. The 19-year old rookie sat next to his parents during the game.

Knox earned a little airtime over the MSG Jumbotron.
Knox only scored four points when Kentucky traveled to New York City in 2017. He’s fared much better during his rookie season with the Knicks, averaging 9 points, 2 rebounds and an assist at home.
