With his future still up in the air until the NCAA decides just how much his stupidity should be punished, former Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl is divorcing himself from the mansion he purchased a few years ago. The 10,000 square foot home sits on a golf course and can be yours for a cool $2.69 million. As you can see in the pictures below, the pool is like new and the home features Spanish-style architecture and giant vaulted ceilings, all of which help make it Knoxville’s third-best BBQ restaurant. There is some light water/crying damage to the wood floors on the first floor and Pearl still has some of his Christmas decorations up, but the house is flawless otherwise.

And Aaron…….your no Southerner…..we don’t call Grills BBQ’s, you smoke meat for hours..that is BBQ….grills are for grilling Steaks, Burgers, Chickens, etc…..lol. I for one, would absolutely love to own that home, sure wish I could afford a 10,000 sq.ft. beauty such as it.

I have met with and had the opportunity to hear Bruce Pearl when he first came to Knoxville.Firstly he is crazy and secondly he is a motivator. I believe he was finally making it a game between us and Tenn. He made a few dumb mistakes and it cost him his job and left us with no real game to watch.

You know people can throw stones at Pearl and make jokes but even though I despise
the color of orange and hate Tennessee even more, I have to say he was good for the SEC and
made U T a basketball school and brought back the rivalry to UK. he will be missed but like
someone already said yes he did really screw up……………C F R.
