Quite a battle going on yesterday in the KSR Favorite Blogger Contest. I just want to point out for all of you that are tired of the bickering and mud-slinging in “politics”, one of the candidates did not get involved, but instead was out ordering as much Boone’s Butcher Shop meat for the victory celebration as possible. One of us was only out campaigning about the positives of this blog and how it will improve. Only one of us allows you to “link” up with everything UK related, thus saving you precious time to worship Patrick Patterson’s afro and Mike Hartline’s earrings. I will not mention who that blogger is, but I think it will become obvious when this person inevitably takes over the blog and fires everyone else. With that being said, here are your updated results:

Mosley: 12 votes (21.4%)

OK guys it is time to treat this like a primary. Mosley, Matt, and Tomlin, you three need to come together and get behind a candidate. Once the candidate is determined, you can then endorse him and pledge your delegates to him, eliminating the huge lead that Beisner holds right now. I suggest a furious game of Hungry Hungry Hippos to decide which candidate gets the votes.
If you guys refuse and continue your bickering, I would like to vote for Mosley again.

Once again, BTI tries to act as though he’s above the politics as usual, but he shows that he is part of the “system” by manipulating who you can and cannot vote for. If he would really read yesterday’s Picks to Click, he would see that there is one candidate who refuses to play these selfish, bandwidth-wasting games, and it was not him.
The Fake Gimel Platform is the No Bullshit Platform:
1) A 20-sided die for every commenter with over 25 comments. This will help with your day-to-day initiative checks. The dice will be provided as a public service to the community, and will be funded by a federal grant from the National Role-Playing Bureau.
2) Within 60 days of election, I will have a site redesign implemented. Features will include a design that looks like it was actually made since 2005, comments that update automatically via AJAX, and the ability to ignore commenters you find unsettling.
3) A more intellegent implementation of ads which will drive up site revenue. The additional revenue will be used to upgrade the site’s hosting to a professional tiered package and a dedicated (and un-swampable) MySQL instance. This means your site stays up even when Matt reports that John Wall has joined the Wildcats.
Really, there is only one true choice for change.

Fake may be on point with the “issues” and “improvement of the site”, but I can better identify with the laissez-faire (read: lazy) attitude of the Beisner campaign.

I would actually vote for Matt Jones, yet after I won the create your own story post I never recieved my autographed “Fear the Woo” t-shirt. Matt Jones is not a candidate who can deliver on his promises and that is fact.
So I now through my support and vote for the one and only Beisner. He has brought a refreshing view to the site and the change we needed. Plus I am hoping he can get me my rightfully deserved t-shirt. Beisner 08!!!
