Clifford Snow hasn’t even been in Louisville long enough to get a player out of jail and Kentucky has already found his replacement. Kentucky hired Northwestern Director of Football Operations Nolan Jones to fill the same position for the Cats. Jones, who served as a football operations assistant at UK in 2002, has also served in a similar role at Princeton and EKU. His kicking career ended due to injury as a freshman at Miami (Ohio) and got his post-college career going at Madison Central.
More importantly, he’s loyal and can be trusted. Remember that, Clifford Snow, when you wake up laying next to a tiny Cardinal head this morning. You’ve upset the family.

The NCAA will be contacting UK shortly. He’s obviously related to Terrence Jones, which explains how he landed this job.

I know UK’s color is blue but it would be a crime to make the guy throw out that purple tie.

#1 Which would you rather have: Someone going up the career ladder or someone falling down it? I personally think it is a great hire.

#1 – I’d argue that Northwestern has been at least as successful as UK has been the last few years especially considering the restrictions they have admitting players academically.

Purple tie is gone – of course – but the other dude looked too much like an old Joe Piscapo.

#1…typical fan on this website that knows absolutely Sh!t about football.
A Director of Operations is not a coach. He handles the travel, camps, players living situations, etc. He is Joker’s right hand man. He basically runs the office and paper aspects of the football program.

Well spoken!! Right on!!!

#15-you are aptly named.
I trust this to be a good hire. Mr. Jones has Kentucky ties and that will help the transition.
