Its Rondo v Telfair again

Sometimes life is just funny. Little ironies emerge that make you smile and that seem to prove that someone up there truly has a sense of humor. That thought entered my mind this evening when I heard that the Boston Celtics were creating the matchup that has been debated on most Louisville and Kentucky message boards for the past two years. Who is better, Sebastian Telfair or Rajon Rondo? We know what Rick Pitino thought. Now we will know for sure.

Congrats goes out to Rondo. For all the difficulties during his tenure here, he is still a Kentucky-bred kid who played for the University of Kentucky. Thus I hope he does well and I am pulling for him in Boston.

Rondo becomes the 5th UK player picked in the 1st round in the past 9 years (11th in past 18 years).

  2. T. Walters Says:

He also became the first UK player named Rajon to be traded to a team with green uniforms on draft day. Honestly, can’t
Marcus Williams steal Tom Gray’s computer for old time’s sake?

  3. M. Vick Says:

    BWWWWWAAAAHHHHAAAAA!!!!!

Marcus can now steal my laptop, as I just ruined it by spitting my morning coffee all over the
screen after reading T. Walters’ comment on Ole’ Smokey!!!

  4. Tom Gray Says:

So, I’ll bet a wireless connection is tough to come by if you live in your parents basement.

  7. Tom Gray Says:

I live with my wife in the Chicago area. My parents are both dead, thanks very much.

And y’all are Dumber than Dirt assholes!

  8. T. Walters Says:

Why are you thanking anyone that your parents are dead? What a horrible thing to say. Although it was a relief to finally
suffer through one of your posts without having to sift through the past 20 years of useless stats from the UK Media Guide.

Did you and the Mrs. have a good time at that NASCAR race?
