Rich Brooks was one of three people on a boat that capsized this morning on the McKenzie River in Oregon. Luckily, no one was hurt. No word yet on whether or not this daredevil stunt was a very sly way of landing yet another 2009 recruit.

I saw Coach at a charity benefit last weekend… he’s not scared of breaking out a few moves on the dance floor either.

Probably in a drift boat, capsizing not so uncommon. I think the McKenzie has some pretty good rapids II+ ish.

i can just imagine ol’ coach brooks swimming across the river to get to shore. he probably had recruits on a bridge while trying to tell them that he wants to offer free swimming lessons as well as a scholarship.

I once saw Brooks capsize a boat, drink all the river water, and subdue a mighty whale with his piss stream while refilling the river with his pungent, cherry flavored urine! TO BILL BRASKY…er Coach Brooks!
