Few programs in the history of television have come with the anticipation and build-up of the first installment of John Calipari’s coach’s show, appropriately titled “This is Kentucky Basketball” for those Memphis fans who still haven’t suffered enough. The first episode debuted to great reviews despite no real conflict or a prominent love interest for Coach Cal - yet. We’ll all keep tuned in as the season progresses and Kige likely drops in just in time for sweeps week.

I had to watch the re-run on FOX41 last night and it was absolutely terrible!! The feed was bad, there were video time outs, sound only worked 1/4 of the time. Whoever was in charge of that for Fox needs to be fired.

This team has a long way to go but I am happy that we have the opportunity to learn by winning then by losing. If Wall would have stayed in the entire time and we would have won by 15 or 20 going away we might not have learned anything. I like winning these games but not letting these freshmen get too overconfident in themselves.

I love that Eric Bledsoe interview but he could have surpassed John Wall legend status if he would have just said “I am here to get sh*t right” and then he got up and left the interview.
