Some bad news from the world of football and KSR. Former Cat Jeremy Jarmon is out for the year with a torn ACL according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Jarmon was playing for the Redskins and getting more playing time by the game. This injury is another thing our man Jeremy will have to overcome and I am sure he will do it. We do wish him the best.
Here is John Calipari talking to the Louisville crowd at the open practice (shot by Jeff Pile):
And it looks like that for the second time, John Wall has been named SEC Freshman of the Week. If you are counting at home, there have been three weeks in the season and a UK player has won that award all three weeks.

I understand Coach wants to spread “The UK BBall Brand” across the state, but I am not so sure that taking away home games will go over very well with season ticket holders. Season ticket holders pay A LOT for these tickets, and they deserve to get all of the home games. If someone from Louisville wants to go to more UK games, its an hour away.

Cal gets it. Premptively reminding fans how young these kids are and that there will be frustrations ahead. Some might need still more reminding on Saturday, depending on how the UNC game goes.
