If you enjoy reading articles about the UK men’s basketball team, please visit my webpage at http://kybasketball.blogspot.com.  You can also follow my webpage on Twitter. My webpage has been around for several years and I update it several times per day so UK basketball fans have access to the best and most recent articles about the team.

Now, The Article Links-

MBB vs Rider

DeMarcus Cousins is key to whether UK is a good team or potential Final Four Team

DeMarcus Cousins is an 18-Wheeler who sometimes runs off the Road

If UK is in a tough game and it’s late in the game, Calipari probably won’t put DeMarcus Cousins In

John Wall has become the Wildcats’ vocal and statistical Leader- He’s the only thing holding UK’s perfect record Together

UK will hold an open practice at Freedom Hall in Louisville on Sunday at 5:30 P.M.

Cousins did scare me a lot in that win over Stanford…Air balled FT? Young guy though he will mature and be crucial to late game moments

    What I see in Demarcus:

    Needs to Work On:
#1. Free Throws. He started out great, but lately he looks like Shaq. at the line.
#2. Ball handling in the low post. Has a tendency to get stripped or his passes get stolen.
#3. Keeping his cool under pressure. Good sound decision making.

    What I Love about Demarcus:
#1. His physical presence under the basket. He is a load.
#2. He has some great low post moves that are hard to stop.
#3. His low post D. He blocks a lot of shots.
#4. When he gets position, he rebounds well.
#5. His potential. This is big. I know it is not likely, but if he stayted around for a Sophomore or Junior year, the Cats would have the most dominant center in college BB. But even if he doesn’t, he shows flashes of briiliance. He can be great this year.

I get ‘error 0′ everytime i try to vote on the polls on this site. Why? why? why?

Cousins’ recently tweeted something about the 2010 Draft, so that’s where his mind is, folks. We have Wall and Cousins for one year, max. And I’ll make that bet with ANYONE.

  5. blueman80 Says:

on a side note..florida beat mich state today at mich state….we need to step up our game, esp free throws and turnovers….

  6. IcemanG2 Says:

It wasn’t at Mich State … it was in Atlantic City.

  7. blueman80 Says:

oops…my bad…well we better step up the intensity these next couple of games..UNC and Uconn are not gonna be a walk in the park for sure…
