Cats get football commitment

by @ 2:31 pm. Filed under Blue Blooded Opinions

nermin-delic

Jeff Drummond is reporting that UK picked up a commitment from three-star DE/TE Nermin Delic, immediately setting the over/under on ESPN’s “delicious reception” puns at 257.  Delic originally had given a verbal to Maryland in June and, according to ESPN, will be better suited on the offensive side of the ball at the college level.  Derlic checks in at 6′5″, 220 pounds and gets a 77 overall rating from the Worldwide Leader, meaning he is a “potential high-ceiling prospect”.  He also thinks today is the worst day in the history of KSR.

Watch him move!

Well since that one dude chose UNC (why in the hell would you do that?) hopefully this guy will be a good get at the TE position…a position we will need depth at. It would be nice to have some productive tight ends…Whalen and Tamme spoiled us.
