So, what do the rest of the SEC fans think of UK and its stadium and fans? Well, according to this poll, they find the UK fans to be the 3rd nicest in the conference. But only 1.2% call UK their favorite road stadium to visit. So, we have nice people in a mediocre stadium. I can live with that.
The field of 32 is now set for World Cup 2010, with the US currently the 11th ranked teamin the world, according to FIFA. But, the US ranks first in population of the qualified teams by over 100 million people. I’m just sayin. Speaking of the World Cup, it appears the French cheated big-time to get their qualification. And despite our differences on the sport, I think we can all agree that the French suck.
The crazy New Mexico women’s soccer player is now trying to explain her actions, and she wants everyone to know “she doesn’t have alot of sexual aggression.” No seriously, she says that in the article. She also says in the article “I am not a monster, I have only killed 3 people.” And really, haven’t we all been there?

Are there any Nashville Cat fans that can tell me a little bit about the TV coverage for UK games down there? I’m thinking about making a move and as sad as it sounds, whether or not I can watch UK on TV will play a factor in my decision.

I’m not outraged in the least, but come on. Frankly, I would like to see more of these catfights in soccer. I may actually watch the game.

2) A few of the games so far have been on Fox Sports South in Nasvhille. Otherwise, people either stream it on espn360 or justin.tv. But you can probably get most games in Nashville on TV if you get a good TV package.

26/32. Class of 2001 here. I do remember the game well although I believe it was ‘94. I was at the game at the old cardinal stadium and truly think that I witnessed one of the craziest endings to a football game in history.
For those that don’t know, Beechwood had the ball up 5 snapped it and the QB ran backwards into the endzone eluding tackles as the time expired from the clock. However, in celebration he tossed the football high in the air before he was out of the back of the end zone and a LB from MHS caught it in the end zone for a TD.
One ref signaled TD the other signaled game over, a whistle blew and when the smoke settled the call was missed badly and the play was called dead giving Beechwood the title. Sportcenter showed the highlight. We still have sweatshirts floating around Murray that say MHS 1994 the “real state champions”

I thought this was a highschool football link, anyhow, Go Marion Co Knights in the 4th region. Only second time ever getting to the finall 8. If we are ever gonna win a championship in 4A it better be this year. Good luck tonight against the western warriors.

Christian County Grad of 2002. Hoping the Cols. can pull one out tonight…although there facing a really tough team. Also rooting for Ft. Campbell, listening to the game right now on the radio and Murray is putting up one heck of a fight. 2 INTS on the last 2 defensive series. 21-14 Ft Campbell.
