#17-while teaching in public school here in GA, I got SICK of having to tell my students to pull up their pants. You’d think they wouldn’t want to glorify the saggy ‘open for business’ look that is worn in our nation’s prisons….
I’ll give him the fact that they’re not as low as some I’ve seen here in Macon. I wonder why they even bother wearing pants here sometimes….
#19-any other teacher who has to deal with this will agree with me 100%. Perhaps if our young, African-American men had a little more respect for themselves and how they looked (not talking about Cousins, btw), they wouldn’t perform at a rate significantly lower than their Caucasian and Asian counter parts.
That being said, it just looks comical to see some ‘thug’ walking around with only one free hand, as the other is holding their pants up……
