4 and 7 I am originally from Ashland. My wife is from Salt Lake. I lived in Utah the last ten years. I lived in Cache Valley for seven years and Salt Lake for 3 years. I really loved it there. Utah State has a great basketball home game atmosphere as ESPN has acknowledged, but it’s nothing like UK. This is the Roman Empire of college basketball. And yes Utah is a great tournament team to play. I was there for three Utah losses to UK.

I’m originally from Louisville, but I went to BYU for undergraduate (UK for law). I was here for Utah’s loss in 97 and 03, and it never ceased to amaze me how Utahns could convince themselves that they would win. In 97 everyone had Utah going to the championship game and Van Horn winning the MOP…. that’s just plain silly.
I haven’t had a chance to check out the Aggies basketball games yet. Although I have met Stew Morrill, and he is much taller than I expected. Not many people know this but GJ Vilarino called Stew about a scholarship, I was really hoping that worked out.
