With Kentucky’s NCAA hopes reaching some bit of stable ground over the past couple of weeks, the Cats hit the road Wednesday to face a down and seemingly out Mississippi State team. On paper, it would seem that the Cats would have little trouble dispatching of the Bulldogs. However, this could be a dangerous trap game for Kentucky. With a few wins under their belt, despite being somewhat uninspiring ones, the Cats are beginning to feel pretty good about themselves. Combine that with this team’s customary first few minutes of the game malaise, its usual lack of respect for inferior opponents, and a matchup with the hated Gators on Saturday, and this one could be dicey. Let’s hope the Cats break that trend by taking control early. If not, this one may come back to haunt the Cats on selection Sunday.

I am not buying the argument that UK, UNC, and Kansas are “on the bubble”.
CBS is not spending all of that money to have 3 of the largest fan bases turn
the channel. These 3 will be in the tourney.

Wrestler, I agree that if the tourney were to take place right now,
that all three would be in. However, all three have tough conference
schedules and conference tournaments looming thath may tell the
ultimate story.

Last
