Thought we would highlight more of the “plus-sized” bikini models after the last few days of “regular-sized” models.
-Our good buddies over at aseaofblue.com wrote up a nice piece about optimism surrounding this year’s football team. And I’ll repeat something that I said after I covered the spring game: I have covered 3 spring games (including Andre Woodson’s senior year) and I have NEVER seen Rich Brooks more optimistic about this team. I think he knows something we don’t see. We might see something really good this year (8 or 9 wins).
-Dennis Dodd has produced an All-Decade team for SEC football, and not a single UK player sits on it. Look, I get that only Vanderbilt has been worse than Kentucky this decade, but there had to be some UK player to make the list. James Whalen at TE maybe? Or Derek Abney at kick returner?
-First, the Cowboys are in a dispute about how low their TV screens are hanging over their new football fans. Now, this video has come out showing that some of the seats in the new Cowboy Stadium are beyond obstrtucted. WAAAAAAAYYYYYY beyond obstructed. Oh, and these seats are $75 a pop.
-In the renewal of one of the more anticipated rivalries in sports, Mexico and Uruguay on a basketball court turned into an episode of Jerry Springer. And it was over what at best can be called an easy foul. The guy gets bumped barely, his lip turns up and his eyes start to water and then he starts a sissy fight. And the Mexican guy flops to the ground, only to get up when he realizes he’s not playing futbol.
-Favre is just getting crushed in the blog world. And they are all funny.

Yeah, you would think Whalen (the NCAA’s best ever receiving TE) or Abney (the NCAA’s best-ever kick returner) would make the all-time SEC team. Definitely Abney outclasses Felix Jones in that respect.
