Bledsoe is unreal, but a 15 on his ACT is a major problem. Hard to jump 3 or 4 points.

I can’t believe the Celtics would pick up Marbury.
He’s a cancer. There are SOOOOO many other options available in the development league, over seas, in South America according to Marc Maggard, on the harlem globetrotters roster, even ex Uk guards who still have a little mojo in their step (Wayne Turner).
To ask him to get on your bus… then to pay him $1.2 Million, it’s really a tragedy to a program that had done so many things right in succession after firing Rick Pitino.

#16 - Al Purnell here - If the Celtics would just wait 2 years they could pick up Mike Marcial from Sacremento State or Michael Porter from UK for free.
Seriously though. Florida’s PG Taurean Green from the 2 National Titles is playing over in Spain for CAI Zaragoza. Brandon Jennings is over in Italy playing for Pallacanestro Virtus Roma.
There has to be 100 guys in the world that you take before Stephon Cancer Marbury.

Why does the picture in this post look like he’s 12 years old? A 2009 guard with a 12 year old’s face? That’s got to be the perfect recruit for BCG. With this kid it a 2 for one, BCG doesn’t have to go after the young ones since this ones legal pickins.
Gillispie feels like he got a real young one and he’ll be here in months. Perfect!

Hey Zappa– Your boy Jennings is under contract for 1.2 Million (with endorsements) He has notified others that are not signed, to go to college because there are games he sits, does not get regular playing time and is not getting paid on time. He has only been paid on time ONCE since moving over there. Did I mention that his average points per game was 8 and I believe 2 assists. Those are not Marberry type numbers.
While I agree that it is a head scratcher to sign him, Doc believes he is coachable, servicable and will stay in “Check” because of the veteran players on the team. Don’t give Starberry all the blame. I am not saying he handled things well and did not make mistakes but there is much blame to go around for the Knicks as well.
While you may not understand why they signed him, they have made good decisions in recent years so until he blows up and causes trouble–we have to believe it is a good move.
