Kentucky will play the winner of the #7/#10 match-up between Arkansas and Vanderbilt on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
- If Kentucky wins they will likely face the winner of Missouri and Ole Miss
- Kentucky will avoid top seed Florida until the finals, if both teams advance to that point.
- If Kentucky had lost today, the Wildcats would have fallen to a 5-seed.

Why is Mizzou not “on the bubble”? They’re projected as an 8 seed? Why? They are essentially two non-conference wins against VCU & Illinois away from having the exact résumé as UK. Right now that win against Illinois looks about as good as UKs win against Maryland. All yr long however, everyone kept saying how safe they were- thus they were. Since Mid-December, everyone kept speculating that UK was on the edge- thus they were. I’m not saying UK shouldn’t have been under such scrutiny, but after the regular season has concluded, can we honestly say the UK deserves a 12 seed and Mizzou an 8??

Anyone else at the game notice that Florida was dunking the ball at their shootaround about 25 minutes before the game started? If they’d done it later when the refs were out, would’ve been a T (technically).

#13 the only advice I can give you is stay somewhere a few miles away. There’s nothing open downtown. You can drive in and park for free at the titans football stadium. It is a ten minute walk from the arena.

Really want to play and beat Arkansas. Much better than Vandy as a win over Vandy doesn’t do much and a win over ARK avenges the loss. Vandy has played us tough and a loss vs. them would be a dagger. A loss vs. Arkansas wouldn’t be as bad. Or we can just win out

UT is a team that’s rolling right now and the one that bothers me the most for some reason -even playing in the semi-backyard so to speak. I don’t know but just glad they are not on our side of the bracket.

21, Fancoulo –only place on TV you can hope for (I think) is to check CBS-SN Ch 158 (On Dish for sure) that will replay Saturday games late at night. I know this isn’t much but it’s something you can check out to see if it’s being shown if you have Dish.

A little concerned because if the better seed wins each time then we lose to UF in final and only beat Arkansas and ole miss along the way. There’s a pretty good chance we won’t get another top 50 RPI game until UF unless Mizzou beats Ole Miss or somehow Ole Miss jumps in the RPI after beating Mizzou. I’m hoping UT stays in top 50 and we get to beat Mizzou. Would love to have 4 top 50 wins (UT, UF, Mizzou twice) prior to championship game.

Ridgerunner- look at UNC’s resume too. They are also curiously absent from any bubble talk despite ZERO big wins this yr. They’re going to have 10 losses and what’s their best wins? Virginia? UNLV? They have been embarrassed many times this yr. – including tonight

13} I have said same thing last couple days. Now we beat UF, better than any win Mizzou has, they lose again and are a projected 9 seed. I DON’T GET IT. They were blown out by UL and UF and only good wins are VCU and Ill. Losses to LSU, Tex AM, UK, Ole Miss and Tenn. They finish 6th in conf to our 2nd and we beat them. Will have to look at UNC, I always focused on Mizzou because of the SEC connection.
