Wusstjer still very lost on D. This is about as bad of an offense as we have played all year. Yes, you have to credit the Refs and Hogs D for some of that but they are getting just about every loose ball. Welcome back to mediocrity AP..we knew it wouldn’t last. Back in the day, when the opponent went for a dunk or layup, you challenged it. Foul him, block it, or put him on his ass and make him earn it. At UK, we watch and do not contest. I guess these kids don’t want to be on sportscenter being dunked on. Things have certainly changed over the years.

Poor coach Cal, how does he with a straight face keep saying “I like this team”? I can understand why, but no good has come of it. Silence might be a better path. Somewhere along the way this team lost the fundamentels of the game I.e., passing etc. All that talent and they may, if lucky, be considered even a good team. This machine needs one hell of a lot of grease.

Maybe its just me but I swear Poythres fouls out on purpose during tough games, its simple this team gives up Mays plays no defense, Wiltjer and Polson are to slow to guard a glass of water. They don’t deserve to make the tournament and I hate saying that but its true.

I’m now watching duke due to the ineptness of the players and more importantly the coaches not coaching these players. I’d rather this team not make the tourney than to be in the play in game. There is no way this team would be excited about that, and the country would love to see Kentucky get humiliated again. It seems like this team likes being humiliated. That must be why Poythress covered his face as soon as he sat down. He wasn’t able to do it while on the court.

This fanbase is a joke. Anyone who thinks that they have more invested in this program than the players wearing Kentucky across their chest should maybe wake up and smell the championship banners. The numbers in the win and loss columns should not dictate a fan’s loyalty.
