I think it’s safe to say someone freed Enes…
Enes Kanter had the game of his life last night in the Utah Jazz’s 98-68 win over the Bobcats. Kanter finished with 23 points and 22 rebounds, both career highs. Kanter played 44 minutes for the Jazz last night (also a career high). Kanter has been playing consistently for the Jazz since entering the NBA, but last night was his first complete breakout performance. A huge congratulations to the big fella, who will always be a Wildcat in our hearts.

Utah should have traded Jefferson or Millsap…Kanters talent is being put to waste on that bench. They drafted him 3rd overall for a reason, and he showed why last night. It’s time to bench Jefferson, and unleash the Underkanter.

He has a lot of games where he gets about half as many points and rebounds as minutes played (often 8 min. with about 4 points and 4 rebounds). The PPM and RPM average was not that unusual. They need to get him more minutes. They need to “FREE THE E”!

They had a very good reason, he was a PROFESSIONAL player before he came here.

He was never a professional player, if he had went to any other university he would have played. A lot of players around the country were allowed to pay back a few hundred dollars and sit a few games before playing. This was a hit against Calipari by Emmert and the NCAA!

5. I don’t think so. We would have won some more regular season games and maybe been a higher seed, but we beat OSU largely thanks to Jorts. It was his senior leadership that got us to the Final Four, not just talent. For all we know, without that leadership and those road woes, the team might not have been tough enough and would have endured early upset instead. And Jorts would have never developed into that commanding presence without being thrust into that role.
Everyone always uses what ifs, but there is usually a consequence. If we won 8 that year, we could have lost Jones, and I’m not sure if we win the title last year without any of the six. At the least, the journey wouldn’t have been as special.

#6) I see what you tried to do there! By using your logic, all who live in Kentucky can say we when talking about UK. UK is publicly funded, so everybody who pays state tax helps fund the school. UK has no 1 owner but is owned by the state. UK has a board but only for leadership and to set rules not of ownership.
19) I get what your saying, but no way was UK better without Enes! This kid can play and it’s not just if we could have won it all with him. It’s a fact with Enes we already would have had 9! It’s totally different between him and Kemp! This kid got punished because he went to UK, selby did twice as much and was ruled ok Enes did every thing right and was used as a example where Kemp did what the NCAA ruled! Kemp broke the rules and got caught!
