Poythress is great along the baseline is we can get him the touches.

I think that we should use Cauley-Stein’s ability to start a fast break. It can really help during games we struggle with the offense. The only danger is turnovers. Worth the risk though.

I still haven’t seen an explanation as to how in the world Ricky (or CM for that matter) could “forget” to buy rings for these guys. I had never heard about that until seeing it on KSR the other day, and I was an avid reader of TCP (Oscar is the man!) back in those days. Does anyone know what happened?

Anyway, GREAT gesture by Cal and Mitch. Just one of the many things I love that Cal has done is building bridges with all these former players.

Mark Pope was always a joker. Please post that video here!

  4. Turner the Burner Says:

Whats up with our fans leaving at the 8 minute mark?? I know we were up by 30 but it looks terrible ro see Rupp empty with almost half the 2nd half left.

on andrew wiggness’ expression. never, never, never! assume you know what a teenager is thinking, especially when he’s sitting with his parents. Just hope he had a good time and gets home safely.

  9. Travis Says:

Noel did not seem to enjoy his visit to Rupp last yr based on his body language and played on his cell. Fans should not trip out. Trust Cal and remember these are kids.

just added to my bucket list – I want to wear an Oscar Combs hand painted tie.

  11. Math Says:

Derek Anderson is 38…Did he have DA Junior when he was 14???

    Actually, he did. Nevermind

  13. UK#9Trains'a'comin Says:

Anthony Epps knocked on his butt and coming up swinging his fists was one of the best One Shining Moment clips ever. He was smiling and the team was winning. Happy for the ’96 champs to get the love tonight in Rupp.

  14. Kevin C. Says:

Someone should tell Willie the planking fad died last year….
