We’ll never know exactly what was said to Ryan Harrow in that players-only meeting last week, but whatever it was — it worked. After great games against Vanderbilt and Missouri, Ryan Harrow made it three solid performances in a row with another big night against Mississippi State. Harrow led the Wildcats with 19 points to go along with seven rebounds, four assists, and zero turnovers in the 85-55 win over the Bulldogs. Five Wildcats scored in double-figures in the win.
More on the way…

Anyone else just love the way WCS has that smile all the time?
This guy is just a possitive influence, IMO!

How come Twany only checked in for 1 free throw and subbed out for Sam Malone?
February 27th, 2013 at 10:01 pm
12 seed, huh? All I can say is watch out Gonzaga and the West Regional…here we come
February 27th, 2013 at 10:01 pm
Twany can’t play with a shirt on!!
February 27th, 2013 at 10:04 pm
Twany is a senior. Had back surgery so his career at
over. Cal was letting him have one last applause in
Rupp. Good gesture on cals part
February 27th, 2013 at 10:06 pm
I don’t know for sure, but I am guessing that Coach just wanted to get Twany announced, in the scorebook, and back out because of his season long back issues.

UK had a good effort tonight. Good job keeping your momentum going.

We just beat msu at their place by 41, and we suck. So, don’t get too excited.
February 27th, 2013 at 10:11 pm
Good win by the Cats tonight.
Seriously, though, any chance of Harrow going pro? I am serious. He probably won’t play much next year, so I am wondering if there is a chance that he moves on to the pros.
February 27th, 2013 at 10:12 pm
14. Well they had to improve after that performance. Plus we played Polson and Hood quite a bit.
February 27th, 2013 at 10:15 pm
Guys! Do not get Mike banned. I am banging his mom 99 different ways upstairs at his mom’s house while he’s downstairs in his room.
February 27th, 2013 at 10:16 pm
15-doubt it. under-sized guard who isnt “great” at anything in particular. i have as much of a chance as going as harrow.
February 27th, 2013 at 10:17 pm
15) Harrow either comes back and fights for playing time or he goes overseas. Just don’t see him being drafted yet…. even in a weak draft. Transferring would be tough as well. If he can somehow add 15 lbs of muscle and continue to develop his shot and “mental” game then he truly could earn some mins next year and make a case for himself. He can be a very explosive player if he adds solid muscle.
February 27th, 2013 at 10:18 pm
Harrow needs to get on the Walter McCarty diet!
February 27th, 2013 at 10:30 pm
I’ve been pulling for harrow all year. Seems like a good kid. People need to remember these guys are all basically kids, they’re going to have their fair share of ups and downs. Thats just a part of life.Happy for him though,as he seems to be persevering through his struggles. Everybody is for that matter. So I’m proud of all the guys. Just hope the fans don’t pile on them as soon as one of them doesn’t play a good game.like cal says these kids are not machines.
February 27th, 2013 at 11:01 pm
I’m one of the very few on here that hasn’t been on to Harrow. I think the kid has skills. He just needs confidence. If he believed he was a top point guard, I think he could become one. Everyone is taking for granted that the Harrison point guard will take his place next year. If the Harrison kid is good enough to beat Harrow out, we will really be in good shape at that position.

WHAT IF: Can only think if we beat the very bad Tex A&M team and bad Baylor team in our house where would we be. Well…tied for first in SEC at 12-3, 22-6 overall record and ranked in top 20 with a complete different national perception of this group. Also a solid 5 or 6 seed in tourney giving us a chance to maybe make some March noise.
Instead we have to worry about maybe making the play in game and probable quick exit if that happens. The depth of this team will not win playing Tues, Fri and Sun vs decent teams.

LOL at 22 for thinking harrow has a chance of starting over Harrison

All u haters raggin’ on Harrow all year better “come clean” NOW !!
