[Moderated by Matt Jones, Drew Franklin and Tyler Thompson]

I will be honest. I don’t really watch the NFL Combine. I am not all that interested in watching people run 40 yard dashes or jump as high as they possibly can. But occasionally, I do turn it on for a few moments and look for the highlights. So far in this year’s version, these two moments have been my favorites. First was this run from a Syracuse RB, who ran a fast 4.39 time but needed a bit of a help with the landing:

And then there was Landry Jones, who ran as upright as any person has ever moved in history:

Kudos to both guys. You both would be stars of the KSR Combine

Yeah I run like Landry Jones when I have to drop a huge load
February 26th, 2013 at 3:51 pm
I thought that was eloy Vargas

Wow, that Landry Jones GIF is funny as hell. I think I could outrun him right now in loafters and dress pants.
February 26th, 2013 at 3:53 pm
Landry is a cross between Eloy & Kyle.
February 26th, 2013 at 3:55 pm
Eloy, is that you?
February 26th, 2013 at 3:56 pm
Either that jones gif is in slo-mo or he ran like a 9.79 40
February 26th, 2013 at 3:56 pm
The first guy tripped on the invisible wire. The second guy made sure he cleared every one.
February 26th, 2013 at 4:13 pm
Landry Jones ran a 5.11
February 26th, 2013 at 4:16 pm
Sha’marko ran like the police were after him
February 26th, 2013 at 4:19 pm
It would be awesome if every time he gets a break out run, he automatically takes a nose dive at 43 yards past the line of scrimmage.
February 26th, 2013 at 4:22 pm
not a RB, a DB
February 26th, 2013 at 4:24 pm
Jones looks like hes running in place.
February 26th, 2013 at 4:55 pm
I meant he ran like the Po-leece was after him. When he fell, I wonder if he needed an am-bu-lance?
February 26th, 2013 at 4:56 pm
#14 – He is like the governors they used to put in cars. When it hit a certain speed it would die. When he hits a certain speed he tumbles uncontrollably.
February 26th, 2013 at 4:57 pm
Is Jones running invisible hurdles?
February 26th, 2013 at 5:36 pm
Check out video of the great Michael Johnson. He ran upright also, but with much faster leg turnover & stride

Why don’t you support a EKU player In the combine? The guys name is Tyrone Goard and is a WR, real good guy. I know this is a UK site but you can give some love to the first person in years to go to the combine for EKU
February 26th, 2013 at 6:15 pm
Jones = Forest Gump in his magic shoes.
February 26th, 2013 at 6:21 pm
Who could ran a faster 40, me of Ryan Lemond?
February 26th, 2013 at 6:47 pm
The Syracuse RB made money even though he fell. Landry Jones, not so much. He would be flying if he’d let his feet extend past his knees! He took double the amount of steps to cover 40 yards as everyone else.

21. Hey, die hard UK fan here. But I go to EKU and Tyrone is a great guy, was All OVC WR. Ran a 4.5 in the 40 and measured in at 6’7 205. He had a really good combine. EKU is also having one of their best men’s bball seasons in some time, look for them to make some noise at the OVC tourney in Nashville.
