Neal Brown and Vince Marrow may have added another from Kentucky’s new Ohio pipeline. 4-Star 2014 WR Thaddeus Snodgrass left Lexington this weekend with the Wildcats as his #1 choice. In an interview with Justin Rowland of Rivals.com, Snodgrass confirmed that the Cats were in the lead, ahead of South Carolina and Penn State. Snodgrass has more than a great name; 4.4 speed in the 40-yard dash complements a solid frame and exceptional route-running ability.
Snodgrass’ timely visit may have done the trick to get the current Wildcat (his high school mascot), to become a future Wildcat. “I got to watch some film with the coaches and I got to talk to some of the players. We ate and toured the academic center. The basketball game, it was sweet.” Snodgrass also attributed much of his interest in Kentucky based on the availability of playing time, saying, “They said they don’t have too many receivers right now and I could probably play right away.”

Straightpinkie said that the source that broke Mark Stoops to Kentucky says the same for Randle

Good pickup if he does commit. I am interested in this breaking news about Julius Randle. I have read on multiple sites that he is close to committing to Kentucky.

Buckle up, folks. Snodgrass is only one more player in a group of very highly rated players that UK is going to get in this next class. Has the potential to make this past class look silly. Just watch.

Snodgrass would be a great get for UK. He would be the 2nd out of 2 Rivals250 guys for 2014. Would be quite a strong statement from Coach Stoops and staff!

Would Wiggins be out of the picture if we got Randle?
February 25th, 2013 at 8:37 pm
Who is reporting that Randle is coming to Kentucky?

I approve of this message. Flex.

Mr. Snodgrass, please become a Kentucky Wildcat!!!
You will be very loved here! Go Cats!!!

Most of these receivers coming out of high school have highlights of big time catches. The thing that most impresses me about Snodgrass is he highlights his blocking ability as well.

This Snodgrass tastes like Snodgrass!

That straitpinkie article also says shabazz told uk staff he was gonna be a cat last year….wonder if there is truth to that?

You can thank Drizzy for my commitment.

I see my mild rebuke concerning the headline was deleted. What childish censorship.
February 25th, 2013 at 9:58 pm
Trust me When I say that if you’re excited about him UK still has a long way to go. Despite rivals ranking he doesn’t show up against quality competition and quit once team got down in games which was very often.
February 25th, 2013 at 11:12 pm
If we get Randle, we dont need Wiggins or Gordon. Randle will make UK great and a really deep team. Gordon will go to a Pac-12 school and wont be a threat. Wiggins will go to FSU and make them a Sweet 16/ Elite 8 team and then he’s gone. Randle is looking at Florida, Kansas, and NC State, i really dont want to see him at any of those schools. With Randle we have three of the best rebounders coming in With Johnson and Lee. With Randle go ahead and make the banner.

Every wide receiver has 4.4 speed until they set foot on campus.

I’m really pleased to see the coaching staff continue the momentum they began the two months before NSD. At this rate a top 15 2014 signing class is not an unreasonable goal. Stoops & Co!

Cats had a great coaching staff last year. The Offensive Line coach is thought to be one of the best in the country along with the QB coach. The Deffensive Back coach is a former Defensive Cordinator from the Big 10 and one of the countrys best recruiters. The problem is the fans and lack of support from the universities administration.
