Life-skills, joy, reading books blah, blah, blah. What it boils down to is selfishness, self-centeredness,and lack of effort. He keeps talking about playing with passion and energy. So if thats truely what he wants why in the name of Adolph Rupp doesn’t he sit the ones that aren’t giving him the effort and passion (Goodwin, Poythrees, Harrow) a**** on the bench beside him? The great philosopher routine is wearing a little thin. Just coach your ball team John!

He teaches punk basketball and his players seem to fit the mold just perfectly. When you are a mediocre coach with a terrible team I guess this is what you have to stoop to.
