A very underwhelming victory for a team that should be trying to strengthen and improve for a strong finish and everyone certainly played a part. Cal has got to be so frustrated with playing to the level of the competition.

The assists were also very balanced, with no player having more than 2

Enjoyed that triple double.

Polson with more minutes and a better stat line than Goodwin. Awesome….lol

Jarrod should start over Harrow!!

Polson > Harrow

Does anyone else think that the most impressive stat is Nerlens going 8/13 from the line? And the cats shooting almost 70% as a team. That will pay dividends in closer games.

Harrow needs to be more of a team player than be all about hismself. At this point and time, Harrow is not the the player that can guide this team. He has no guts and and is soft. I thought earlier in the season that he had turned the corner but that does not seem to be the case after seeing him play today.
This team still has a chance at a special season, but time is running out to get things goimg.

Most impressive stat Harrow led the team with two blocks.

2, Very true…although Alex’s behind-the-back pass to WCS for the dunk and 3-point play was the nastiest assist on the season for any UK player.

I think harrow does a solid job at the point. Polson had 3 pts in 20 min( off a harrow assist)

8) just curious, what does harrow do that implies he’s selfish?

It is all about playing the kids and getting them minutes.
Coach decides who earns floor time; and Got Dammit, there’s a reason behind it.
The good Lord gave ‘em 4 cheeks.
Two for smilin’ and two for the bench.
That’s what pays dividends in the long run.

Hi, I’m Confused. But what about Harrow having 12 pts and ZERO turnovers makes you think he’s soft or that Polson deserves to start over him. Harrow consistently has 0 or 1 turnovers a game and usually 5-7 assists. The assists weren’t really there for him tonight but I’d much rather have a guy who is scoring and not committing turnovers. The dude also had 2 blocks tonight, and the assist on Polson’s only basket. I’ve said my piece, everyone may continue to hate on Harrow.

He needs to show some tuffness, there are times that he acts as though he should not get lose balls. It is time that he steps up because his time on the court will be less next year if he does not show that he is the leader that Coach Cal wants him to be. I hope that I am wrong about him, cause he is needed as a leader.

I agree Confused. Harrow is fine but UK fans are never happy so whattya gonna do? Half of the SEC schedule is left and then post season play. Relax people! We are getting better and are gonna make noise in the post season but let’s face it Davis and Gilchrist are not walking through that door..

Thanks for posting the box score, Ally. It would be nice to see the whole thing in the future. Our player’s numbers are only one part of the story. What their players were able to do tells us a lot as well.
