The celebration is over but it can live on forever inside your home or office with this Final Four print from Stadium Frame. The 34×24 framed photo is matted with coins and features a shot of the Superdome court just after the final buzzer sounded to end Kentucky’s magical 2011-12 season. Go to www.Final4Prints.com to purchase the print you see here, or pick out another print or variation of this one from Stadium Frame.
— Good afternoon, friends and trolls of KentuckySportsRadio.com. Are you ready for Texas A&M??? Or are you more excited about National Signing Day next week? No matter which one has your undivided edition, the next week is huge for Kentucky basketball and football. A basketball win at A&M and UK’s tournament chances are brighter than John Robic’s hair on a summer day and the Cats are playing for seeding. And if Stoops can get three or four signatures from some of his primary targets on NSD, you can go ahead and set up your pop-up tent outside Commonwealth Stadium for the spring game. Put it right next to mine. Let’s hope for good news over the course of the next six or seven days.
— Nerlens Noel is the eighth best player in America, according to Fran Fraschilla’s Top 25 Players in College Hoops. ”There’s more than a ray of hope for Kentucky’s NCAA aspirations, and Noel is a big reason why,” he says. Noel was unranked in the December edition of Fraschilla’s player rankings.
— In football recruiting news, Lonnie Demaree from Kentucky Sports Report tweeted that he is 99.44% sure Ryan Timmons will wear Kentucky blue next year. I don’t know Lonnie’s sources or his knowledge on football recruiting, but I do know he wouldn’t lie to us or get us excited if he knew there’s a chance we’d get let down. Take the tweet however you want to take it.
— Kentucky fans know what it’s like to have a few too many adult beverages on Bourbon Street. It happens. We spent a lot of time there last year and it was quite the celebration. Luckily, this reporter wasn’t around to completely own us on the nightly newscast.
Remind me not to videobomb Local 6 news anytime soon. Solid work by the very attractive reporter.
— Have you heard the one about the gay dog in Tennessee? A man in Jackson dropped his dog off for good at a shelter, claiming the dog is gay after seeing it hump another male dog. A Facebook group got behind the allegedly gay dog and it was adopted this morning and saved from death row. 49ers defensive back Chris Culliver was not available for comment.
— The third stop in the KSR/UK Alumni DanceBlue gamewatch tour is this Saturday for the Texas A&M game. The Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati alumni group will meet at Beef O’Brady’s in the Newport Shopping Center at 1723 Monmouth Road, in Newport, KY. If you’re in the area, go watch the game with fellow members of Big Blue Nation and contribute to the cause.
— And if you’re going to be in College Station for the game, be sure to stop by the Fox and Hound Bar & Grill (505 University Drive), where the Central Texas UK Alumni Association will be hosting a pregame event. It will be the destination for Cats fans before and after the game, so be sure to include it in your plans and tell them we sent you.
— Jared Lorenzen was great in his first co-host appearance on Kentucky Sports Radio radio. Have a listen at TalkRadio1080.com, if you missed it this morning. Ryan Lemond should be worried about his job when he gets back.

Since IU is favored over MI doesn’t it make since IU will storm the court if they win?
January 31st, 2013 at 4:59 pm
17, I will not be convinced of IU’s status as a real national title contender until they beat a top 5 team away from their little troll oasis. Beat Michigan, OSU or Michigan St on their own home court, and then get back with me. I wouldn’t be shocked to see them drop 3 or 4 games down the stretch of the season because they are unproven on the road.

13.) Kid get the regular white one for longevity, but if you do not plan on wearing it often (plus you will grow out of it) buy the platinum for nostalgic purposes.
And screw #9, he is probably a miserable fat man who gets a boner from trashing people on the KSR comments section.
