Last night, Brian Long posted the picture above on Instagram with the caption “Good luck to big bro and his back surgery tomorrow morning. @Twanb10.”
Beckham has been bothered by back pain all season. Best of luck to him and wishes for a safe and speedy recovery.

Brian Long is the definition of hard.

We need a defensive lineup out there tonight. Polson/Goodwin/Hood/Wiltjer/Noel. Hood needs minutes and he can contribute. Best luck to the gentleman in the above photo.

tough break, hope he has a quick recovery.

Rough news for Twany. Silver lining…free back surgery from probably the best doctors in Lexington.

can’t think of a more snakebit career at UK than Twany’s. Best wishes to the young man
January 29th, 2013 at 10:24 am
speaking of snakebit careers, how ’bout J.Hood ?
January 29th, 2013 at 10:31 am
Will Twany qualify for a medical red-shirt? Hate to see him lose his last year of eligibility when he never really even got a chance to play because of injuries.

Who is that with Twanny? Lee Cruise?
January 29th, 2013 at 10:47 am
most hated SEC players: Anthony Robeson (UF), McKie and Watson (USC) and Vernon Maxell (UF).

#4… Polson/Goodwin/Hood/Wiltjer/Noel is your defensive lineup? Is that a joke? Have you watched a game?
January 29th, 2013 at 11:44 am
Wish Twanny a speedy recovery.

I usually like Tyler’s posts because she doesn’t usually try to be funny. But this is either a TERRIBLE attempt at being funny as captain obvious or just not too bright.
Also, does Brian Long rub anyone else the wrong way? Of the three white boys sitting the bench he really urks me. I hate to say it but he really is a turd. He acts so hard and “cool” during games. A die hard Kentucky bred walk on should be on that bench.

#4 ya because Wiltjer and Polson are nothing if not great defensive players…
January 29th, 2013 at 12:04 pm
@14 I think Tyler’s post is written the way it is because UK has said nothing about the surgery. The only info we have is a tweet from Brian Long.

Thanks, #16. I wrote it that way because we have no official statement from the university.
