Marcus McWilson has committed to Kentucky.
McWilson decommitted from Nebraska after his visit to Lexington this weekend and announced his commitment to UK today. McWilson is a Rivals250 player, a four-star prospect at safety and the stud of the recruiting class so far.
This is HUGE news for Mark Stoops and Kentucky football.

Loving it! This kid is a beast, plain and simple and will be a stud while at UK. Stoops is getting it done on the recruiting trail and I hope he keeps it up. Break out the sirens and bring your wheelbarrows because this team is getting loaded with talent.

Good news, Stoops is doing a great job. I thought you had to cheat like the cards to win football games, i’ve said all along, rec. some thugs, like the cards, get in trouble with your rec. corr. like the cards have but i quess i was wrong maybe you can do it the right way and win.

Because 15, it wasn’t official until today…and if we use bbk’s mentality in reverse, they are trying to ruin our recruiting this year by saying things too early before they are official. That is what they said about Matt when he broke McWilson was visiting in the beginning. Sour grapes? Or still trying to sabotage the program because they were up Joker’s a*s.

We’re getting kids that the big schools want. In the past, most of our really good players were over-achievers that weren’t recruited that heavily coming out of high school. Completely off the subject… College hoops must be really down this year when a team can lose 3 in a row and only drop 7 spots. jus sayin

This is probably the best DB to ever commit to Kentucky. HUGE news! Now, Hearns, Hatcher, Timmons, Samples, and Badet need to follow suit. We have a lot of young talent coming in to the defensive side of the ball, all in all, the defense will be much improved this year. Can’t wait to see what these kids can do at the Spring Game. Go Cats!

#25 why am I an idiot? It’s a valid point that rankings don’t matter what matters what happens on the field. Look at the two starting qb’s in the superbowl neither one was highly rated out of high school.

@41 I think he makes an impact this season. Saw some playing time as a true freshman and was considered a starter last season before the season ending ankle injury. Look for that kid to be a great 1-2 punch with McWilson.
