I would have preferred a wildcat symbol. Like the one with the cat jumping d a paw raching out and his back leg extended. Thes are okay, but they do make me think of a practice jersey h/t#1

Like the Gonzaga unis for the Butler game, these look like practice jerseys. They look like they should be reversible so you can switch teams during the game. Not cool man…

Unlike others on here who apparently love the orage wildcat jumping out from behind the UK logo. I Hate That Orange Wildcat. And thats all I have to say about that (said in my best Forest Gump voice)

About the “UK” on the front. These are being produced in conjunction with the espn “my home court” experience they keep advertising. Hence our mid court “uk” on the front. Florida’s jerseys will also have their image from their floor. I’d prefered a Rupp soft swirled ice cream cone logo.

As a follow up to last year’s platinum elite jerseys these are not very good. Should have a Wildcat on them for sure that would have been better.

I just like the words KENTUCKY are more powerful than the logo. We always say it is about what’s on the front of the jersey, not the names on the back.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I would like to see UK become the “Oregon of the East” when it comes to football and their deal with Nike. Become the “cool” place to go play. I think the Stoops/Brown system on offense will recruit speed and playmakers, why not help them with the Nike backing on the field, uniforms, helmets, etc.? I am sure Nike would love the “tie in” with the basketball program.

#50, I’d prefer UK Football become the UK Basketball of college football (I know, it’ll take 30 years at a good clip). Phil knight didn’t go to UK so he nor Nike would never put the resources in Lexington that they pump into Eugene.

HATE EM. Understand the format nike is using, but the GA ones with the bulldog look much better. They should have used the vintage wildcat logo circa 1960′s

If they are patterned after Gonzaga’s uni’s, Then “Wildcats” will be where there names are normally. Gonzaga had “Bulldogs” on the back of their jerseys. I like the jerseys.

What do you morons not understand about the center court graphic being used? All they did was take what Rupp has at the center of the floor and put it on the jersey. It’s standardized. Wildcat graphics need not apply, because they don’t exist at the center of Rupp’s floor.

This pic comes from a yahoo sports article that is not official. The original picture came from a Michigan state supposed “leaked” jersey but mich st is not slated to even wear these jerseys. Lets hope it’s not real.

The old orange penis-tounged wildcat was replaced by a silver/gray one with a regular tongue. Granted, it’s not what’s on our court, but I’d love to see it on more things.
It’s still in use as our alt-logo on the BACK of things like hats with the block UK up front
