Jeff Badet won’t take any more visits because he knows where he wants to go to school to play football, according to a tweet from Justin Rowland of Rivals.com. Badet told him, “I’m pretty set on where I want to go.”
The wide receiver from Florida will likely announce his decision soon and Kentucky is believed to be the favorite. He was among the group of recruits who visited Kentucky over the weekend.
Badet currently has offers from a number of schools, including Louisville, Wake Forest and NC State.
Come on down?

I’m tired just thinking of how much work I’m going to be putting in next season. #airraidprobz

So awesome to hear about players choosing UK over quality programs in quality conferences. There is no excuse for UK being in the SEC and not fielding a competitive team in all sports.

Can we get a in depth profile of this kid? I know we THINK he’s the key to landing Woulard, but I havnt seen any quotes from the QB on this. I’d feel better about Badet if we knew much about him, other then he’s a 3-star. I’m not confident he will land us AW, and I don’t like taking a kid just for that reason. Unless he’s a stud himself. We are going after a half dozen WRs who look better!?

#7, I guess you are right. It is that dang Neil Brown that wants him.

Guys, Woulard is Clemson bound unless something last minute changes. If the UK staff didn’t want Badet, they wouldn’t take a commit from him. He is a really good player that is wanted for his ability, not as a pawn in the Woulard sweepstakes.

Scout has Badet as a 3* and the 140th best WR. ESPN has him as a 3* with a 77 rating (80 is a 4*), and the 104th best WR. Runs a 4.5 40.

Here’s a list from ESPN of our offers and how they stack up to previous targets.

My main concern here is he is what 160 lbs? That kind of weight, or lack of, may take TWO years to develop. Thought we’d see some more movement these last two wkends. Doesn’t seem like many of the higher rated recruits are pulling the trigger. At least not yet. Hope we can land a few. Had higher hopes with how things looked. Maybe next year well see some major movement?! I’m still Stooped! Things are WAY better now! Just had probably too high hopes. Keep hearing how players are leaning our way, how we are leaders for some of them, but no commits?

no more question marks drew. you are being a tron. ONLY EXCLAMATION POINTS.

With the 3qb’s already on the team plus Phillips. I’m not concerning myself about Woulard, for I fell 100% certain UK will recruit a Drew Barker or better in 2014.

hopefully this guy has been talking to asiantii woulard

Why would this affect Woulard. Both Badet and Woulard play in Orlando area but at different schools. Badet is at Freedom High while AW is at Winter Park High.

I had a badet on my toilet in Tokyo. It was nice in the summer.

14.) Barker plans to commit by April but is planning a return visit to Lexington with Nacarius Fant before then.
16.) Badet & Woulard are good friends. In fact, Badet wore Woulard’s Elite 11 shirt last week to school because AW left it at his house.

If he goes anywhere else, we shall have to kick his et.

Woulard is out… Clemson’s to lose.
Badet is basically Demarco Robinson plus 2 inches and a little more straight line speed.
I’ve seen Badet mostly listed at 5’11 160-170… he’ll need about 10-12 pounds but that’s not hard with a solid S&C program
