# 4 I am maybe one of the biggest pessimists on this site when it comes to UK football,,,,been watching this train wreck for a long time. To make matters worse,,,,I think our AD is an idiot. However what this man will bring is called ,,,coaching and players. If this guy can’t get it done then we might as well fold up the tents and pave over CWS. They need the parking anyway. The program will improve greatly under this man,,,,the only question is ,,,how steep the improvement curve is.

I know your kidding about paving over CWS.
Just because several Athletic Directors have been inexperienced at selecting Football coaches doesn’t mean the school or the fanbase is interested in quitting.
There is a very simple soultion to this if Stoops does pan out.

I wish the football team would go with a more traditional looking uni. I know I know we don’t have any tradition haha and all. You don’t see teams like Bama, USC, Penn St, LSU,etc with the silly looking uniforms. I hope Stoops gets rid of the all blue look.

Uniforms can sway recruits. Yes it’s true but they have to be the right ones. Nike can do way better.

#11 Just told the truth Grob. beavis is a long way from a troll. What did he say that was wrong? UK Footballl has been a train wreck over the long haul. Barring the Couch years, Brooks success, and 1 year under Morriss it’s been tough to watch. If you go back and read what the man said he was actually being supportive of the new coach.
#9 your the idiot. What the man said is true. If our program isn’t winning in 3 or4 years the fans will be calling for Stoops job just like we where Jokers.
We have suffered long enuff. No one can say that the BBN hasn’t done our part. We have supported this program threw thick and thin. The only reason attendance dropped this year wasn’t just the losing,it was that we where not even competitive. The team quit on Joker and he lost the team.
Seems like Stoops knows football and really wants to take this challenge head on. Barnhart is doing his part as good as he can untill the bonding is changed,but he is doing ALL he can do.
Looks like everyone is pulling in the same direction for the first time. So I would agree 100% that if we can’t win now it just isn’t going to happen in the SEC. This is our best shot at having a winner.
