You’re in good hands.
It’s a bit of a strange day around here as we try to properly round out 2008, get you ready for the Liberty Bowl and properly analyze the showdown with the Filthy Cards on Sunday, but we’d be doing you a great injustice if we didn’t let you know that the Courier-Journal picked their All-State football team. The first-team list includes five UK commitments in the 2009 class, as well as a few other players who still remain targets (and even that Matt Jones-endorsed kicker!).
Here are the future Cats named to the squad:
Sam Simpson, Center, Henry Clay
Larry Warford, Offensive Lineman, Madison Central
Jordan Aumiller, Athlete, Boyle County
Ridge Wilson, Linebacker, Central
Mister Cobble, Defensive Tackle, Central
Now, back to the madness.

Good to see a picture of Liggins dad. Now, let’s hope the ball is in good hands in the future.
