Today, Anthony Davis took a little trip to New Orleans to visit with his future team, the New Orleans Hornets. Davis did not workout for the Hornets, but instead toured the facilities and “meet and greet” with executives. When asked, Davis said he thinks he’ll be able to keep a lower profile in Nola than in Lexington: “I think those places like Lexington, you can’t keep a low profile anywhere. Lexington is in its own category.”
Don’t you forget it, Anthony. By the way, nice earrings.

Damn that kid is special, and that guy who turned around during the beginning of Anthonys interview looked like he could be papa Teague

He has no idea how much the people of New Orleans love people who represent their city well in sports.
Drew Brees can do no wrong here. If AD performs at the level anywhere near what he did at UK,
there will be a statue of him outside the Arena in no time, and he won’t have to ever pay
for a meal anywhere in New Orleans ever again.

I hope they allow the kid some time for some NBA bulk and that he stays healthy. I like him, not as much as Vince Yarbrough, Dane Bradshaw, heck even the kid that cost me my job, Aaron Craft.
