After his workout with the Washington Wizards, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was asked about a host of things, including his relationship with former Cat, John Wall. MKG called him a mentor, and says Wall has been helping him throughout his entire draft process. Kidd-Gilchrist was also asked if he could be an immediate leader on the Wizards’ team, and he was assertive in answer. Check out this video that I couldn’t embed (sorry), after the jump.
