The dancing standards at UK have been raised in recent years. You can’t just come in and think that simply because you have a move or two, you will impress the Big Blue Nation. We are a group that has seen Matthew Mitchell, John Wall and even members of the White Boy Academy do their thing and we won’t stand for B-level talent. But we do have to give props to Patrick Patterson, for winning the Houston Rockets dance contest. The video is above, and as Patterson said afterward, “everything I do, I take seriously…including dancing.” We all should be that dedicated.
I do have to say though…if this won, what did the others do?

That was the electric slide wasn’t it? Everyone and their moms (literally) do this at wedding receptions all the time

he was performing a modification of the electric slide. Really? I expected more. I guess I’m gonna not be entirely P.C here since I thought he could get down. He’s a little too stiff.
